But what about in the middle of December? For a minimum donation of $20, diners can experience a one-of-a-kind wintry lunch on Church Street at participating restaurants (Three Tomatoes, Halvorson’s Upstreet Café, and Leunig’s Bistro). All proceeds go directly to COTS.
